Every verse about baptism is contested by those who claim one is saved the second they believe. In doing so they must find a way to deny the plain and obvious teachings about baptism. We will examine these interpretations to see how convincing they are.
This question is vital for those who want to do what the Lord requires. Although infant baptism is practiced by the majority of Christendom, it is not biblical. Explore with me the biblical teachings on the eligibility of baptism.
Christendom disagrees over the mode of baptism. The practiced modes are immersion, sprinkling or pouring. Does it make a difference? What does the Bible say about this ordinance?
